When an order doesn't meet our standards during authentication or quality control checks, we take immediate action.
We'll contact the buyer to inform them of the issue and offer two options: relink their order to a new seller, which may take up to ten working days, or process a refund immediately.
The seller will also be notified that their item didn't pass our checks and will have their item returned. Reasons for failure include counterfeit items, used condition, odours, damaged packaging, manufacturer defects, or incorrect items or sizes.
